Artist and musician Tim Vincent-Smith presents a series of works and experiments during his Sound Shape residency, as he explores aspects of shape and sound at St.Margaret’s House. Pieces of work include a piano ‘cube’ constructed from three upright pianos cut in half, front and back, a sewing machine table modified with meccano creating a pantograph, and an audio collaboration with vocal group Singing Moondog.
Vincent-Smith’s residency will finish on Sunday 1st March with a performance at St.Margaret’s House, Strange Attractor, featuring his acoustic improvisation trio, Sink, and other special guests.
