Quality of Everyday Life brings together fourteen artists and a collective of authors all of whom are in various stages of their artistic practices. They exemplify different takes on “everyday life” celebrations, cherishing relationships with family, friends and neighbours, treasuring the fleeting moments whilst they last but also when they pass.
As a part of the exhibition, Polish Contemporary Art Group hosted a talk with the renowned, London based Polish artist Joanna Ciechanowska. She gave an insight into the evolving nature of her art practice over the last 30 years and her involvement and work as a director of the gallery at Polski Ośrodek Społeczno-Kulturalny (Polish Social and Cultural Association).
